Hexagon is recruiting a Specialist responsible for the daily billing support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and client adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements
- Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases
- Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service changes, pricing changes
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision
- Suggestion of process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
- Create manual invoices as needed to meet customer requirements
- Follow company policies and procedures

For the various types of wood, the following m² prices have been assumed, incl. construction under terrace boards:
- Pressure-treated wood: DKK 475.
- Ipé: DKK 1,200.
- Larch tree: DKK 525.
- Composite: DKK 600.
- Prices for stainless and acid-free screws and brackets are set at DKK 160 per m2
- An hourly price of DKK 550 has been estimated, incl. VAT for a craftsman. A factor is included in the calculator based on whether the material is easier or harder to work with.
- All prices have been reviewed in May 2023.
- The climate footprint is an expression of how much it burdens the climate to produce the material. The climate footprint is measured in CO2e – CO2 and other greenhouse gases – it puts a strain on the climate from production to setup. - The calculation of what the CO2e emission corresponds to in km is based on a mid-range petrol car that drives 5.99 km per . kg CO2e.
